I'm not a low handicapper, but the team at Golf In Hainan has made getting out on local courses ridiculously easy. I’ve played Mission Hills’ Stone Quarry, The Preserve, and Stepping Stones through them. Stone Quarry is my favorite: wide enough to stay playable for high handicaps yet still scenic with that volcanic Hainan vibe. If you’re coming to Hainan and want someone who actually knows the courses, the people, and how to get you on the tee sheet without headaches, message Golf In Hainan. Highly recommended.

When playing at Mission Hills, I always ensure I get a round in at Stone Quarry. Playing off 12, I find the course offers a decent level of challenge- with volcanic rock awaiting wayward tee shots, coupled with inviting short par 4 birdie opportunities. I also always find the course to be in excellent condition, with true running greens and consistent levels of sand in the bunkers. Wanting in a similar level of challenge? Try Meadow Links course 6.
